  • Our Custom Embroidery Bouquet Keepsake a medium hoop is:

    • 15cm Embroidery hoop

    • Unique wedding bouquet embroidered design based off your bouquet.

    • Your choice of fabric - Natural or White Linen

    • The date will be sewn in black thread underneath your bouquet. You can choose the format eg 04.09.2019 or 4th September 2019

  • Once you have purchased a Bouquet Embroidery Keepsake, you will need to email us with the follow images.

    • A clear photo of the bouquet in its entirety.

    • A close-up photo in natural light with all flowers visible

    • A photo of the stem showing if its wrapped, has a bow, etc.

    You can reply to your order confirmation or email us at hello @ hopenadhart.com with your name and order number.

    Please note: the clearer the image you provide us with the better the embroidery will be, it’s needed for the finer details.

    Once your images have been received Jenni will be in touch with you via email shortly before your embroidery is to be started, this is to confirm the size and placement of embroidery to make sure you are happy.

    Please make sure you use an email address you have regular access to.

  • Your embroidery is completely hand made by Jenni and can take up to 40 hours to embroider.

    Current processing time is 10-16 weeks from receiving your order and the bouquet images. We aim for this to be with you a lot soon then this time frame.

    If it’s needed urgently please add the “I need it sooner” ADD ON, for an additional £150 and it will be posted within 4 weeks* along with upgraded next day delivery.

    Please be aware we have no control over delivery times when your item leaves us.

  • All Embroidered keepsakes are sent gift wrapped in a beautiful grey presentation box ready for you to unwrap or gift to your loved ones.

  • UK Delivery

    UK 2nd Class Standard “Signed for” – Up to 6 days - FREE

    UK First Class signed for – Usually 1-3 days – Please see checkout for postage cost.

    For International delivery

Current processing time is 10-16 weeks from receiving your order and the photograph. We aim for this to be with you a lot soon then this time frame. If you would like to guarantee your order will be with you in 4 weeks of approval please purchase the “I need it sooner add on” here

*Please be aware the ADD ON guaranteeing it will be posted within 4 weeks of approval is only valid if you send over your images immediately after purchasing both an Embroidered Bouquet Keepsake AND the Add on. If the images are delayed the 4 weeks will start when the images are received.
