A close representation of your ultrasound scan is sewn directly onto black cotton. The embroidery will be as unique as your little one.

  • This embroidery will be sent to you stretched in a beautiful beech wood embroidery hoop and backed with felt to match the wood.

    Dimensions of the hoop: 11x11cm

    Embroidery dimensions: 7x7cm approximately

    Fabric: Black Cotton.

  • Once you have purchased a Baby Scan Embroidery Keepsake, you will need to email us with the 2D scan image you would like to have embroidered.

    (You do not need to send anything via post, a clear photo of your scan is all that’s needed)

    You can reply to your order confirmation or email us at hello @ hopenadhart.com with your name and order number.

    Please note: the clearer the image you provide us with the better the embroidery will be, it’s needed for the finer details.

    Once your image has been received Jenni will be in touch with you via email shortly before your embroidery is to be started, this is to confirm the size and placement of embroidery to make sure you are happy.

    Please make sure you use an email address you have regular access to.

  • Your embroidery is completely hand made by Jenni and can take up to 45 hours to embroider.

    Current processing time is 10-16 weeks from receiving your order and the ultrasound images. We aim for this to be with you a lot soon then this time frame.

    If it’s needed urgently please add the “I need it sooner” ADD ON, for an additional £200 and it will be posted within 4 weeks* along with upgraded next day delivery.

*Please be aware the ADD ON guaranteeing it will be posted within 4 weeks of approval is only valid if you send over your images immediately after purchasing both an Embroidered Baby Scan Keepsake AND the Add on. If the images are delayed the 4 weeks will start when the images are received and placement has been approved via email.

Jenni is only able to embroider 2D scans. Please note if the image quality isn’t good enough we will let you know via email.
